Hello Beautiful Souls Ok I wanted to take the time to give thanks to the young gentleman that helped me. Lee (In hope that was his name) thank you for helping. I had to get my battery replaced, I was jumping it daily for a week dreading the unknown, battery replacement or something else. Upon my arrival I was professionally greeted upon entering the store, which was clean and well-organized. He offered to assist right away. Pulled up my profile, tested my battery, confirmed my warranty and proceeded to the swap. I think the total time, and he also acknowledged another customer...was maybe 20 mins. All in all great service. As a woman it can be a challenge receiving, quality service without being forced to purchase additional things and being upsold on stuff that is not needed at the moment. Thank you again Lee for you amazing work ethic, and phenomenal customer service. Thank you Auto Zone, for hiring and training quality employees who embody your mission and brand representation is key to loyal customers.

Warranties are not honored. Really bad customer service. This is the reason your company is loosing business. Keep it up and you will be out like Rite Aid!

Travis was excellent. The experience was great. They were fast and professional, and very friendly. I would definitely come back again.

I had a very poor experience the other day not only are the prices here crazy but the customers service sucks i had a interaction with an employee at this store his name was Emerald and he was a bit rude in my opinion and couldn’t help me with most of the questions i asked, waste of time go to Oreily’s.
