This kind gentlemen, named Brian, helped me today at AutoZone as I was struggling to find a replacement part for my 2006 CLS. He helped me look at comparable prices and even gave me a discount when I mentioned I was in dire need of an oil change too. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely be coming back again; hopefully being helped by Brian.

Jesus, the store manager was amazingly helpful. He helped me replace my bad battery in less than 20 minutes. Really awesome service.

The staff are generally friendly, but always helpful. There is one mgr, though, that is always irritated with helping me with non-standard transactions. They offer a military/veteran discount, but make sure to ask because there's nowhere to note that in your account if you have one.

I bought two rear rotors and breaks from this store. It was a hassle when I first came because the person helping me seemed as if he was being trained , I didn’t mind.
