I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie today. I had a bad morning going through a divorce and my window went out at the most inconvenience time. When I was checking out, she mentioned that there was a warranty on the window handler which I having placed years ago and reminded me that I can get the part for free if I bought it back she totally made my day with my experience with my interaction with her. I'm grateful that they're still nice people like Stephanie in the world.

I had to come in(Mack road) because my vehicle was having power issues. I was greeted the moment I walked in. They saw me go straight into line and met me at the counter. The employee helping me was named Will. I told him my issue and he more than glad to help me out. He suggested testing my battery and that he would come out and do it for me. He asked if I could wait outside by my car while he finished up a few customers in line. Which I had no problem with. After a few minutes he came outside to check my battery. While he checked the battery he let me know my battery wasnt stable enough.(moved around to much) Will also noticed my battery might still be under warranty. The battery did end up needing a charge. We went back inside the store and will checked my account to see if I was still under warranty. Which I still was. So we ended up just doing a battery swap. I thought that was going to be the end of our transaction but he informed me he would swap out the battery himself. Which was amazing news since I didn't have any of my tools in the car. As he swapped out the batteries he held friendly conversation and he kept giving pointers to help my vehicle. Will is the epitome of great customer service. He definitely helped and made this visit extremely easier and more pleasant. I will definitely be making this location my goto from here on out.

If I could have given a negative zero, I would have. I went to her window and after hearing her berate a customer about saying front brakes instead of back brakes, I chose not to deal with the rudeness. Then..dummy me gets the manager who had the audacity to ask me if I wanted something good or cheap (coolant) as if because I'm a Black woman I can't afford 20.00 coolant. Very nasty attitudes. He's lucky I'm 58 and have mastered ignoring stupidity. Just rude staff.
