You know why I stay loyal to autozone? Specifically the one off north gate? Because they're very concerned and very consistent on offering customer service that actually matters. As a single mom who's who's also road warrior with a lot of jobs and a lot of time driving the kids, the car is a lifebud of our family. Take today for example, i was just gonna grab some oil, but Tony made me aware of a sale that was going on. That included an air filter in an oil filter for just a few books more and it ended up being less than if I just bought the oil alone. Not only was that great, he offered to put in the air filter as that's a service. I could have declined, but I said yes, sure. And he went to put it in, and it was the wrong part. Imagine if I had drove away and was trying to install it at a later time it had to make a separate trip.? Tony spun around, and by the by the time I came back around, he was with the right part, installing it dusting his hands off and about ready to close the lid. I can feel confident today the ed I was taken care of and I really, really appreciate that. In times like these kindness matters.

Great experience, great customer service, had to purchase coolant for my Volvo, I picked up the first one I saw that said Volvo on it, employee asked me what year my Volvo was after telling him, he showed me where to look for the year of my car, told me I had the wrong 1, got the right 1 for me, followed me to my car & put the coolant in for me, thank U for such good customer service.

Robert and the other gentleman were awesomely helpful in telling me what wrenches I needed to use to get my part out and help me find the replacement. They really went above and beyond. I enjoyed going there!

Worst service ever! I went and got a new battery for my Tahoe. Went home and swapped it and realized it was the same exact battery and it was under warranty. Came back within 30 minutes and explained the situation to the store manager. Was told because I just paid for the new battery there was nothing they could do and I messed up and should've asked if mine was under warranty. Frustrated and trying to understand how that is even possible and why did I bother even paying extra for a warranty I eventually caved and just took the core return money, like $20. As I walked out I still felt so robbed and cheated, so I went back in and I said let me return the battery I just bought and then get the warranty. Makes sense right?! Only to hear, oh I can't do that because you just received a core return. Worst service ever, even the other employees seemed like it didn't make sense but the manager had something to prove. Stole $200 from me and in nowhere on the receipt does it say you have to do it exactly that way to have your warranty covered. People make mistakes and managers are supposed to help the customers not make their lives harder. Absolutely the worst service ever!!!
