Myself B and Charlie store are awesome individuals auto needs more employees who care about there customers

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the inappropriate behavior I experienced at your During my visit, I was treated with disrespect by a member of your staff, [Jessica Perkin]. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, and their actions made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. , she raised her voice, refused to assist and my parts under warranty and she told me to pay for it, made rude remarks then I had to come to Auto-zone Watt av 5603, their staff Ms.Bella T and were very nice

I was great full that we found this auto zone at marysville blvd because we went to different store and they said they couldn’t fix our car cigarette lighter socket. They keep saying go to dealership but charles from auto zone helped us to fix it also he teach us how to do it. Many thanks to him.

I had a great experience while at this store. The manger JJ, was very helpful. He took the time to assist me as well as manger everything else. Will definitely be back. Great service. 👍

This AutoZone Auto Parts store is not very big. It has only a few shelves inside the store's public area. However, they have more salespersons inside the store ready to help you if you have questions or are looking for an item behind the counter or inside the warehouse. The workers are pleasant and helpful. I have no problem getting parking in front of the store, too.
