Zack is an amazing representative of Kniesel’s. His customer service is excellent, and stands by his word. He should be rewarded for his outstanding representation of your organization. My first impressions of Kniesel were shaky, due to the person doing the estimate, and when I came to pick up my vehicle there was an issue. However, Zack stepped in and assured me issues would be resolved. After a conversation with Zack, he understood my position and he went above and beyond to make certain I was happy. Kniesel’s Collision has excellent customer service and very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly. They kept me informed through the whole process. Omar was a pleasure to work with and he made sure the work was done with high quality workmanship. He goes above and beyond what’s needs to be done. Kniesel’s did a great job with handling the insurance company claim. They go the extra mile by cleaning my car inside and out. My car looks fabulous!!! So I had a minor accident that shredded my bumper. I needed my car repaired before July 4th. All the other shops in the area couldn’t make that happen except for this location. It was a smooth painless process and there claim workers are extraordinary. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs

Very satisfied with the work they do. My car was vandalized (passenger window broken out, scratched up and dented in multiple places). I called and spoke with Omar and was allowed to come in immediately-as they had space to accommodate me. I was helped as soon as I came in and the staff was amazing! Lindsey was also very patient when I was completing my payment and issuing bank issues. :). Overall, the car looks great and the paint is amazing-perfect color matching. The crew even cleaned the car of the glass. Thank you Kniesel’s Collision-Carmichael!

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I made the correct choice. My car was backed into on the passenger side. My insurance company gave me two choices, Caliber or Kniesel's. I had a bad experience with the first one. I called Kniesel's of Carmichael, and scheduled an estimate. I met Omar, he checked out my car, then took the car in the same day and started working on it. Enterprise was contacted and my ride and rental was taken care of. Omar told me that my car would be ready in a week. Unfortunately poor service from the Hyundai people delayed that by two days. I got my car back looking better than ever. Dropped my rental off at Kniesel's hassle free and was home with my car in 30 minutes. The outstanding employees and service of Kniesel's have earned them a loyal customer and I will gladly tell everyone I know who to go to for their auto body work.
