Top tier service from the moment I walked thru the door. Victor and front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Victor listened to my concerns and made sure I was a happy client when I got my car back. I am very happy I went there instead of Tesla directly. I highly recommend!!!

Very professional service! Excellent at communicating contracts and changes to additional work. The repair is near perfect like from the factory, except that my paint is old and the new paint is obviously new (needs a full paint job) but almost unnoticeable, which is fine. Highly recommend Kniesel’s to anyone looking to get their car repaired, but I would only say IF you are going through insurance as their pricing is overtop! Other than that they were phenomenal. This is my second time using them and they will be my go to shop for any future accidents from here on out.

Absolutely amazing service and workmanship. I was working with Javier, who gave me updates all along the way. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle repairs were perfect, they even found some issues caused by a different body shop location and reached out to address those. I cannot recommend THIS location enough. You can tell they take pride in their work and ensuring the customer is satisfied. This is my new go to body shop. I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.
