After an extremely hot day, my car began to shake severely while driving. I suspected it was a tire balance issue, so I visited this shop—which had great reviews—and paid $80 to have all four tires balanced. However, the shaking continued. I even drove a 100-mile round trip thinking the tires might need time to settle, but the problem persisted. I eventually suspected a wheel issue and made an emergency appointment at the Tesla Service Center two days later. The shocking result: it was a tire balance issue. After receiving free service from Tesla, the shaking stopped completely—and has not returned for over two weeks. I came here on a friend’s recommendation, and I was initially impressed by the well-managed reviews and the good impression from the owner and front desk staff. I was even considering coming back to replace tires on my other vehicle. But this time, I’m disappointed enough to want to give 1 star. It really makes me question whether I can trust this place enough to have my tires replaced here in the future. As evidence, I’ve attached the Tesla invoice.

Kudos to the whole team. Especially Miguel!! I had lot of time consuming suspension work done on my 2008 Lexus IS250. They did quality work in a timely manor, and I even got a free loaner while the work was being done. My car rolls and rides like almost a new car!! Radial Tire Service w is outstanding. I needed 4 new tires and brakes. They finished when they said they would and the car (Infiniti QX60) drives like new. Pricing was very good especially as the tires are high end. They also provided me with a loaner car so I didn't have sit and wait. I couldn't ask for more than RTS provided.

As a woman, going to a tire shop isn’t always a great experience. Radial Tire Service changed all that for me. The lobby is clean and comfortable and even more importantly, the team who runs this business is superb. I cannot praise them highly enough. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. Wonderful customer service, from the beginning to the end. In addition, their prices are great and they are willing to go above and beyond to help.
