I want to thank Hans and Alex who took hands on from the beginning to the end with our Jaguar. Hans and his team of mechanics at British Car Service is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our Jaguar F-Type convertible WITHOUT the sales pitch. After coming home from work one evening I had a really strong gas smell coming from the front engine. Called British Car Service the next morning and spoke with Hans and explained to him of the issue and made an appointment to have our vehicle to get towed in.
