I wish there were a 0 0-star option. This was the worst experience ever. The owner, Joshua, had the truck for over two years, and nothing was done to my vehicle. I paid for a new computer, which was never purchased or installed in the truck. He did not answer my calls or subsequent messages for over six months. They moved locations without notifying me. They put my truck in storage because they did not know how to do their job, and it was easier for them to keep getting other vehicles instead of those who had been in storage for years. I stopped by the old building at the beginning of May, and one of his neighbors told me that they had moved buildings. Thanks to this neighbor, I found the new location During Memorial Weekend, I stopped by the new location to inquire about the truck That's when I ran into Tyler, who claimed he was new and knew nothing about my truck or where it was being kept. I asked to call Josh, so he did, but Josh did not answer. I left my contact information so that Josh could reach out to me, which, by the way, never happened. I asked Tyler for Josh's cellphone number. Which turned out to be the wrong number I once again stopped by this week to pick up my truck. This is when I was met by Nmandi, who claimed to be the office manager, who was also new and did not know the exact location of my vehicle. I asked him to let Josh know that I was there to pick up my truck and that I was going to take it back, and I didn't mind picking it up from whatever place was keeping it. At this point, I only wanted the truck and didn't care about the money and time wasted in this shop. According to the store manager Josh approved for the shop to bring back my truck to the shop for me to take back. I said that's fine, since I told him I was not leaving without the truck. The store manager also informed me that Chris and Tyler knew exactly where my truck was and where the vehicles were being kept. Remember, I showed up at the shop at 10 in the morning. The store manager said Don't worry, it will probably take a couple of days until they bring it back. Why don't you have some lunch or something? I refused and waited until 3pm. I asked the store manager how long several times, and he kept stalling. I went to get something to eat. I came back around 5 pm. Mind you, my truck was still not there. Finally, around 6 pm, Chris arrived at the shop. He apologized for the delay and explained why returning the truck to the shop took so long. The truck was being kept 5-10 minutes away from the shop. Eventually, Tyler towed the truck back to the shop. Yes- the same guy who claimed he didn't know where my truck was kept. Chris told me that Josh had been at the shop the whole day, hidden from view. After delivering the truck, Tyler took off with my truck keys, so I had to wait another hour for him to return my keys. At the delivery, I took pictures of my truck; it had multiple scratches and dents on the body. The clear coat was significantly damaged from being kept exposed to the weather. Please do not bring your vehicles to this shop. It's a huge nightmare.

Wanted to give my own warning here after my experience at Overkill (now called 1337), do not come here if you value your time and money. The owner, Josh, will tell you everything you want to hear at the beginning, but once he has your money he will stall as long as possible on work and avoid any contact with you. Excuses after excuses are the reasons they havent been able to work on it, after a whole year that starts to become less believable. One specific time i pulled up to the shop because i saw the owner there, got out of my car, he went into hiding and would not show himself. Numerous other times i would stop by during shop hours and everything is closed aswell, no phone answers. I provided this shop with everything needed for my engine swap but after a whole year no progress was done and on top of that they shipped my car to another city for "storage", which i later found out was just sitting to rot outside a different shop in the weather for months. Numerous calls and texts left unanswered by the owner, which is a common reoccurrence in other reviews here and from people who do work with him. Nothing but respect to the workers there who have to deal with Josh though, i know they arent fond of him based on our conversations. In the end, Josh refuses to give me a refund on my $1,500 deposit, not even a partial one. He had one of the workers tell me because hes too cowardly to answer the phone and tell me himself. The only work they did in the entire year was mounting an engine that i provided into the car with mounts that i provided. My clear coat was left damaged by them with new scratches and now im left with more work than i started with. I even had to pay for my own tow to get my car back from a city 20 miles away that i have never been to. Never trust your car with them, avoid yourself the headache, and read the other reviews. Do not do business here at Overkill (now called 1337).

This shop and the owner all suck. They scammed the hell out of my partner and never installed the parts they claimed they did. The owner agreed to pay back my partner and has since done nothing but ignore and block him. Leaving us no choice but to file a lawsuit against the business. We arenβt backing down and youβve been given more than enough time to rectify the situation so now we must go the legal route. Youβll hear from us soon bud.

Very helpful in everyway. Answered all my questions promptly but as soon as I paid thousands for a procharger kit he became a different person. They sent so many wrong parts over and over again then parts had to be customized which cost me money and onto of it he blamed EVERYONE and took no responsibility for the mess he's created and it's been 2 months of dealing with wrong parts which my builder has had my vehicle for that time also dealing and getting attitude and blame from tracy. All I can say is pass the business to someone else who can and wants to handle it because clearly he does not

Overkill has done awesome job on our 2019 challenger Whipple install, and airlift suspension install. All the techs are great to work with. Highly recommend this shop for modifications.
