Absolutely amazing quality and service at Ozmotive. I was referred by someone to this place and they are fabulous. Oz and Justin were awesome. Probably the best experience and quality work I've ever had on any of my cars. I highly recommend this place!

This shop is amazing! I bought a Honda Pilot from a dealership and the car was leaking oil. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase the warranty. I bought the vehicle to Ozmotive and the quickly diagnosed and the got car back on the road. They were affordable, honest, and quick. As a woman, they explained things in great detail and I didn’t feel like they were trying to get over. I was also able to get some of my money back from the dealership.

Justin and Ozzy are very honest and helpful, they will guide you accurately for cost effective or high performance solutions whichever direction you prefer. Honda specialty but work on everything. Ozzy has a separate transmission shop so most work can be done in-house. This is the kind of place you would send your mother to not to be ripped off or disrespected. Highly recommended.

This place is fantastic! I've been using them for a few years for oil changes. They're always super helpful and personable, and their pricing is really reasonable. I needed to get my battery replaced unexpectedly and they were able to do it same day, despite it being an odd size.

Update 7/28/24 Go here if you want to waste $9k on two different transmissions like I did. His warranty is absolutely worthless. Main bearing blew up after 25k miles and wiped out Torque Converter seal which dumped 12 quarts of oil out instantly. Only way to fix is to remove the transmission which is costly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WHEN HE SENDS OUT ABSOLUTE LEMON TRANSMISSIONS FROM DAY 1. DAY 1 THIS TRANSMISSION LEAKED OIL AND HAD A BEARING WHINE, NOTIFIED OWNER OF THIS RIGHT AWAY, JUST SAID OH, YOU CAN HAVE AN EXTRA YEAR ON YOUR WARRANTY. PICTURES PROVE WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING SINCE DAY 1 OF THIS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! OWNER DID NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE MONEY I'M OUT. OUT $9K WITH A 2 YEAR OLD AND 4 MONTH OLD. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Avoid at ALL costs. Uses cheap parts for Transmission rebuilds. My SUV is parked after the new transmission rebuild failed only after 4 months. Upon install of their new transmission, it leaked puddles of oil onto my driveway. Took 3 trips to Acura to find a bolt Ozmotive forgot to torque down since the new transmission was covered in so much oil. Now my Acura is parked since a bearing is failing in the new transmission. They use cheap bearings. The bearing is whistling so loud that the SUV can't be driven, it is whistling at a constant 100 decimals when on the gas pedal. The owner couldn't care less when I called him. Offered no help whatsoever and we have a new baby. Out $5k on his garbage transmission. He even admitted on the phone to knowingly using seals that fail. Avoid this dishonest shop that doesn't honor their warranty. Would give Zero stars if I could.
