I swung in here on a whim to have my tires balanced and rotated, but they procured a laundry list of issues that allegedly needed urgent replacing. Struts, rods, shocks, calipers, break pads. The whole assembly! Along with a few other issues, which are actually relatively fine. It all added up to over $2,000, and my car only has 80k miles on it. I spoke with my trusted mechanic after this fiasco, and he confirmed that all this work was really unnecessary, and there really was just light, normal wear on these components. At the end of the day, I would not recommend this Les Schwab. They work on commission and will dole out the cost. The company is notorious for frightening the pookie out of you with issues they urge you to replace. Good for airing your tires and simple issues, but otherwise, go somewhere else!

These people are awesome and very nice. They helped me patched up my flat tire in less than 30 minutes.

Recommend getting tires here. My experience was informational and quick. Logan helped me decide on what tires would work for me and stay in my budget then busted out the job in 104° weather in no time.

I did not enjoy the experience that most received. They didn't talk to me much. They took my information and got to work. What I experienced is that the employees worked hard and where friendly when people did interrupt them. I drove on my tires for 3+ years and the sidewall on 2 tires started to balloon. They checked the tread was hardly used, checked the warranty, replaced the tires and wished me a good day, there was no charge....I was SHOCKED. I paid for good tires, and they stood by their promise about their product. Thank you

I took my car in today for a tire rotation and brake check. I let them know my back brakes are squeaking when I back out of the driveway. I got a call telling me my front brakes needed to be done. I approved the work and again asked about my back brakes. Was told they would check them when my front ones were done. I later got a call my car was ready. When I got there I asked again about my back brakes to make sure they were still good. The lady had to go check with who worked on my car since no notes were left. Come to find out they were never checked. They wanted to pull my car back in to check them. I declined I was not happy with the service. I took my car in for this reason and even asked about them when I approved work on my front brakes. Just to find out that it was never done. Now I have to take my car elsewhere to have them checked. Your employees need to do a better job. This is not acceptable service.
