🔧 Costco Tire Service Center

The benefit of this place is its a Costco, so tire rotation and tire work is generally cheaper. But, the staff at this location are not great. The last two times I've been here after 1 hour of waiting I was told "It will be another 2 hours". All I'm here for is rotating, I made an appointment, but you can't keep to your appointments? I will never be coming back to this specific Costco location, I'd rather go to the newer one down Laguna a few miles - its run better. If a person has an appointment that should be priority. I saw 2 people on the Calendar ahead of me, but some how you had 4 cars ahead of me in the bay? My appointment was at 12, yet I was told my car would be ready around 3? That's highly unacceptable.

Excellent customer service from RJ. Had a hole in one of our tires under warranty during a long distance road trip and he was able to help us out.

I had an appointment scheduled to have my rotation and balance taken care of. I drop off my car to wait an hour and half. I receive no call or text so I go to check on my car. I wait at the register for 5 minutes to speak with someone. Finally, a guy with glasses comes up to help me and tell me that they weren’t able to work on my car since the tires need to be replaced. Plus, they didn’t have the tires in stock. Basically wasted an hour and half of my time just to tell me they did nothing with my car. He showed absolutely no empathy or remorse for my frustration. If you don’t like your job then leave. Don’t treat your customers like garbage. At the end of the day if it weren’t for us bringing you business you wouldn’t have a job in the first place. Never bringing my car back there to get serviced. The worst customer service experience!

Had an appointment there in the evening for tire balance. Was told to wait for a call. Waited 1 hour 30min and didn't hear any call. Went to ask at the desk and they said car was ready. Looked at the amount of time spent and it was 45min. Other than that car runs fine.
