Talk about not caring about customer service, appointments don’t mean anything and even with an appointment your car might not move for multiple hours for a simple service. They could care less and it shows, needs better management and customer service training.

An hour into my appointment im told they just started and ordered the wrong tires. No apology. Had to drive in just to purchase tires the day before, flat out idiotic. 3 hours for 2 new tires EDIT: came back for rebalancing and Mike was highly competent, he gets 5 stars

We had a flat tire the day after Christmas. The tire center was extremely busy, but they looked at our car tire despite the fact we did not have an appointment. We had a flat that was not repairable, and a new tire was ordered. The tire arrived the next day and was replaced. The tire center and its employees were very efficient and professional.
