Thieves. Sent money and got nothing in return except excuses

Decades ago. A 440 Magnum long block that turned out with less power than the original old 440, a chevy 261 6 cyl with six pounds of idle oil pressure. I learned the hard way. A factory reman long block is the way to go. Screw the cheapest. 98% bad engines using independents and 100% wonderful results using factory remans.

Took my engine in. I needed new pistons, bearing, crank ground etc. It took 6 months with me checking in occasionally before I got tired of dealing with these jokers and took my stuff back. They wanted to charge me $560.00 just to grind the crank and provide new bearings! I took everything to Del's machine shop in the Arden area. They had everything done in 2 weeks and at a fraction of the cost. They were very exacting in their work. Excellent customer service. Thanks Del! Oh yeah Avoid Bokan Bros. at one time they were good but not anymore.
