My husband has always worked on my vehicles when something went wrong with them. Then he got sick and I needed my BMW serviced. Ellios was recommended to me from a friend that has several BMW’s. I was apprehensive but gave them a try last year. Since then, i would only go to them. Emma is wonderful and patient. She tries really hard to get the parts and labor completed and done on time. The prices are fair but more importantly I believe they are trustworthy. Thank you Ellios team for giving me a place to bring my car and know I will be taken care of.

Oct 2024 the Mercedes dealership told me that my cylinder head covers needed to be repaired due to a serious oil leak on my 2013 ML350. I wanted to have it done but the dealership quoted a price way over $3K. Several years ago a friend mentioned how much they liked Ellio's, I decided to give them a call. I am pleased that I did. Mary was extremely helpful, got my car scheduled and the work was completed at a more reasonable price. They even washed my car. Thank you Ellio's, for great customer service. I will be returning for future service.
