I never leave reviews, but I was blown away by the level of customer service I had here. From the initial call to the service. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Will go to then for all services they provide from here on out. They have a customer for life. They truly care about the customer.

This is my go-to place. I always come here to get new tires when needed. I called on a Monday morning while at work due to waking up to a flat tire that morning. Called for a stock check for the tire I needed for my vehicle. Matthew was awesome enough to get the tire I needed by the time I was able to get my vehicle there that afternoon. Sure did deliver that promise. Gave me upfront pricing. We're able to accommodate me by end of the business day. Cristi was the great gal who was at the front desk who got me checked in and worked on the invoice. Great team who works here all the way around. Friendly, professional and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place hands down. Will continue to keep coming back. Thank you. ....thank you for finding my card!!!!

This Big O was a pleasure to deal with. Parking was super easy - I was directed to pull straight into the garage. The front desk person told me about some points of interest to see while I waited on my alignment. Most importantly, the tech did a great job. I have a camber/caster kit, and it appears they adjusted and torqued everything correctly. My alignment is dialed in. I’ll definitely go back for other wheel/tire jobs when needed.

Purchased tires here a while back, brought it back in to have them patch a nail hole which they did. They also gave me a $3k quote for other work. $800 of that was for new tires which I did need. I then brought the car to my main mechanic who said there were no signs the other quoted work needed to be done. Sucks when "professionals" lie to try and steal money
