Spoke to two different people on the phone that informed me ot would be ok to bring my own sensors and have them installed prior to showing up. Once I arrived I was told that they couldn't install customer owned parts and would have to use their own material. Wasted time...

Honestly hit or miss. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they do very shoddy work. Go at your own risk. I've been going to this specific Big O for 20 years and today I'm officially done. Forgetting to put the cover back over the oil plug, or better yet, putting 1 bolt in so it shook loose and was hanging from the bottom of the truck, is the last straw. I recently had to go back 3 times to get a simple wheel balance and alignment right. Each time they clearly showed where it was still out of alignment. BOTTOM LINE IS I DON'T TRUST THE EMPLOYEEβS WORK. That's kind of a big deal. Do yourself a favor and find a better shop.

Yesterday my wife and I stopped by to replace a damaged tire the day before. My wife car is new and has few miles. The clerk insisted that "for safety reasons" we had to change ALL THE 4 tires and refused to change ONLY THE BROKEN ONE!! I did not agree and we went to a different shop and they changed the broken tire without saying a word. I contacted my friend in Italy who has a historical tire shop and SAID THE SAME THING, that it was not necessary to change all the 4 tires. Unbelievable!!!

2.5 stars. Convenience factor gets a 5 star. I'd quickly hear the tapping noise of a nail or screw in my tire. Big O's happened to be across the street. Normally I go to the "other" tire store. They were quick to attend to my unexpected need and checked me in. The $30 fee was a bit upsetting as the other store routinely fixes tires at no charge. But I needed the immediate help. We sat on the bench in the parking lot as I watched the employee use a jack on my car in the parking lot to then take the tire off?? No rack lift. The tire was repaired and I was on my way. Hours later my tire warning light comes on in transit. Now about 5pm I headed to the other tire store and explained my day. Two tires had 32 lbs., one had 34 lbs. and the tire Big O fixed had 50 lbs. of air in it. Are you serious??? All has been adjusted. Not a good day or experience.

I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint and want a refund for my tire that I paid for and rim. The undercarriage was damaged during a accidental crash into a curb. That was my fault entirely. They said just turn the light off which was a traction light off at the dealer and I'll be fine. I knew there was something more. I am at Dixon Auto body and they are proving that the undercarriage was indeed damaged and I will be taking action against Big. O. Shame on you guys. I asked in advance and nobody did anything. Never even got any pictures of the undercarriage or nothing
