Jodie is a miracle worker. Her deep tissue technique is exactly what I need. My whole body is relieved of tension. She knows how to approach injuries and wounds to alleviate the stress and enhance healing. I leave her studio feeling well. And she’s really nice!

Jodie is the best. I first went to her as a referral. I was training for my first marathon and needed a deep tissue sports massage to address some soreness from the increased mileage and left feeling great and ready for more training. Jodie does a good job. Deep tissue massage therapy has been a godsend for my physical well being. Not only does the therapy resolve muscle and muscle-related problems (like sciatica), but it serves to educate you about how you are treating yourself so that you can avoid problems. Jodie is effective, professional and personable - everything you need in a massage therapist.
