🔧 Land Park Smog C&C

I wish I could give them zero stars. Took my car here to have it smog checked and they tried to con me into thinking I needed to have work done. Took it to another smog place and it passed. Shame on this place!!! (I did notice the response from Land Park smog and firstly, my name is Laurie, not Laura. Secondly my temporary address is Florida but I'm well aware where I was in Sacramento at Land Park with your awful establishment). Denying that I was there is just another example of your incompetence and inability to be honest about trying to take advantage of people in need)

My sister took her older Toyota Corolla to this smog shop yesterday and was told it wouldn’t pass smog - would need a catalytic converter or the sensor replaced (1400 vs ~200). Luckily we did a quick google review and decided to take it elsewhere. It passed smog this morning at another shop.

They were very nice and very fast! Well be returning!

Great service. Technicians very helpful, went extra mile to replace radiator, passed SMOG after air filter replacement. Replaced back lights and offered advice for future car care. We'll definitely be regular customers.

Unbelievable great experience with Land Park Smog last week. I've been going there for years yo get my smog check. Last week my 24 year old Tahoe didn't pass smog. So I had the try to repair it. They had it for 2 days and did everything they could to try and fix so it would pass. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it. They went over what they needed to do and then didn't even charge me for their time and the part they replaced. YOU CAN TRUST THIS SHOP AND!! You don't find this level of care and honesty much these days. I will use this shop for the rest of my life and you should too. Thanks so much for your help and for also having a genuine trustworthy human experience.
