🔧 West Sacramento Smog-Brake and Light Inspections

There was a miscommunication with me and the owner at first, he than reached out to me and was very accommodating. Looking forward to doing business.

I had West Sacramento Smog perform a Vehicle Safety Systems Inspection (VSSI) on a hail damaged repaired salvage vehicle. The tech was very friendly and worked with me to resolve an issue. Price was the best I could find in the area. Highly recommend.

I tried coming to this shop yesterday for my smog recheck and was told their equipment was broken. They said it would be fixed by the next day and I was told by the owner/manager to come for my smog recheck at 9am this morning. I have been waiting in front of the shop for 45 mins waiting for someone to come and open up. This is frustrating and unprofessional- I rearranged my work schedule to get here at the time I was told and am still waiting. Obviously, not only do they not value the time of their customers but they can’t be depended on to do what they say.

Efficient, Professional, Convenient and Reliable. Prices were competitive. I will be back again for service here for required services for all my cars. I noted they even still do prior 2000 vehicles.

Don’t blink bc you might drive by it. But once you’re there you’ll be happy that you stopped! Pleasant service and knowledgeable staff and crew! Get there early because there is often a little line but luckily it’s not to long of a wait
