These guys are fantastic! They stand by what they sell. I purchased a used antenna base from them only to have it fail shortly after receiving it. It wasn’t their fault, the used mount was glued together by the previous owner. CATuned honored their warranty and shipped me a replacement free of charge.Great company to do business with, highly recommend.

I’ve spent a good amount of money at Catuned, and every experience has been excellent. Igor and his team are always helpful and responsive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the community. Whether I’ve had questions or needed support, they’ve always come through. Truly a great shop run by great people.

I brought my 1991 318is to CAtuned for an inspection due to engine issues. After emailing them, I received a quick response from Igor and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I dropped off my car, and by the end of the day, they diagnosed the problem: the engine had overheated, causing significant damage to both the engine and the head. The following day, I visited the shop, and Igor reviewed the options for repairing the car. He recommended removing and rebuilding the engine, along with suggesting other necessary repairs. Igor provided a detailed timeline for the repairs and explained all associated costs thoroughly. I agreed to the proposed repairs, and they began working on my car immediately. Throughout the entire process, Igor frequently shared pictures and kept me updated on their progress. Once all the repairs and upgrades were completed, I was very impressed with the workmanship; everything looked impeccable. A big thank you to Igor and his team for ensuring that this E30 will run forever. I had a fantastic experience with CAtuned, and I highly recommend them for any work you need done on an E30. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the E30 and will provide you with all the information necessary to make an informed decision.

Had a $30k deal on the table. Igor had me compression checking and acquirring parts for an s54 swap that he ultimately ghosted me and stopped project with zero communication why and now leaving me in the hole with thousands of dollars in parts. Looks like he had a nice shop as I repeatedly went in to show my presence and seriousness of project checking out their fabrication, only to be left high and dry again. This was my 3rd attempt at having an engine swap done to my e46 sedan. Be careful out there, these so called companies operate and no longer want to provide a service or a product morally and stand by repeat business with good customers. If they can't rob or steal from you, they wont conduct business. Thanks Igor for screwing me man! 🤙 *In response to owners comment: This is absolutely untrue. The owner stopped all communication abruptly after several months of me compression checking engines and acquirring parts. Nothing was stored at the owners facility nor was my vehicle, it's still in storage wheres it's been for years due to these corrupt business practices that lack accountability for incurring substantial costs on customer only to never fulfill project. So while yes, no money was exchanged directly, the amount of money my family incurred by your shops lack of accountability is enough to warn others of your horrible business ethics and practice. Also, I see the reason is most likely the branding and marketing attempt on restored BMW which look nice, but have his branding stamped all over these cars. One can see he's trying to push a brand rather than a service, but with poor ethics and reputation speaking for itself through lack of accountability on onwers response to various upset customers will show the service you should expect to receive.

I needed an AC line crimped in reduced barrier, which apparently no other shop in the Sacramento area was willing to touch. Alex and Igor arranged an appointment, had the tools ready when I arrived, crimped it in like 5 minutes, and charged a very reasonable price. When I installed the AC line on my car Their shop specializes in classic BMW repair, and I didn't stay too long, but from what I could tell they have a neat and organized shop, and have a high standard of work, it fit perfectly, and didn't leak.
