From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with open arms. My family and I are taking a long roadtrip and we needed a cargo box for extra storage. The staff and install crew were knowledgeable of every product they sold. We were not upsold by any means but rather sold the best equipment suitable for our needs. We purchased cross bars and a cargo box and my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. Everything from helping us decide what to get to the installation was smooth and fast. You guys earned a lifelong customer!

Years ago, when I first bought my SUV, I knew I wanted ski racks installed. I cost-compared multiple rack stores and the dealership, and this place gave me the best value. I've gotten racks, ski racks, and a cargo basket from them, and they will always be my first stop for car accessories. These people are so knowledgeable and helpful. They laid a rooftop basket down onto the floor and let me go home to gather my biggest pieces of camping equipment to test-load it. They answer all my questions and are personable and knowledgeable as I figure out what I need. My new rooftop basket has made the drive to/from camping trips SO much more comfortable. Previously, we had stuff at our feet and in the seats with us! We had space to bring a friend with us on our last camping trip because of this rooftop basket! Not related to product or price, but... it also doesn't hurt that the sweetest store dogs greet me and keep my company during installation. :)

I called these guys while on my way from Yosemite to Tahoe and asked if I could get same day service. My iKamper was destroyed that morning and they let me swing on by and took care of it for a super fair price and they were very kind to me and my wife. They could have taken advantage of my situation and gouged me but they didn’t. I highly recommend them if you need something put on or taken off.

Chad was super helpful and even offered a 20% discount on the sale. The store had everything thing I was looking for and more. We drove 1.5 hours to Sacramento and drove back home delighted in our purchase. I will be back when I am ready to get a rack for my truck. YES, you can order online and maybe get it for less, but sometimes you just want to go old school and put your hands on something and see in person and have a knowledgeable person help you with your purchase.
