I like auto zone the company .... however, I don't like this autozone. The lack of customer service really what made me upset. I will forever go to the one on Marconi or Fulton, better customer service and employees

This was my first experience with an Autozone and I will not be returning. After having to jump start my car, I called this location to confirm they offer battery testing and charging or battery replacement, if necessary. The person on the phone confidently informed me all of their staff members can replace a battery. When I took my car to the location, the employee assisting me "tested" my battery and stated the battery was good, it just needed to charge. He came back with tools and began attempting to remove the battery. After around 60 seconds he stated my battery was too difficult to remove. He went back in the store and then came back outside and told me to take it home and let it idle in my driveway for an hour and that will recharge it. I asked if it would recharge more efficiently if I just drove it around. He shrugged and then said if it needs to be replaced, they can replace it. I asked if he'd be able to remove in order to replace it. He stated "I don't know, maybe we can". He then proceeded to ask why I thought I had a battery issue, although I previously shared I had to jump start it that morning. Just complete nonsense. Needless to say, there was nothing gained by taking my car here. I work at an automotive school and took it to work the next day. A staff member tested the battery and explained I definitely needed a replacement. They were able to remove the battery and place the new one in about 5 minutes. Clearly, the Autozone employee blew me off because they didn't want to deal with what they perceived as a slightly more difficult battery removal, while also providing inaccurate info regarding the issue. Long story short, if you think there is an issue with your battery and you're not comfortable working under the hood, take your car to a qualified technician. Leave Autozone for purchases only. On a side note, my replacement battery was around $80 cheaper at Costco. For me, it was an all around poor experience and I will not be back.

Ahmad was amazing, I came in with a puncture in my tire not sure how to handle it or what product would be best. He guided me on what would be best for my vehicle then went out of his way to plug my vehicle for me when they weren't busy. 10/10
