I like auto zone the company .... however, I don't like this autozone. The lack of customer service really what made me upset. I will forever go to the one on Marconi or Fulton, better customer service and employees

Great customer service. Lovely employees, they were very helpful to me. Izzy and Araceli are my favorite people to go to. They go out their way to help out and make everything a lot easier and better.

This was my first experience with an Autozone and I will not be returning. After having to jump start my car, I called this location to confirm they offer battery testing and charging or battery replacement, if necessary. The person on the phone confidently informed me all of their staff members can replace a battery. When I took my car to the location, the employee assisting me "tested"…

Ahmad was amazing, I came in with a puncture in my tire not sure how to handle it or what product would be best. He guided me on what would be best for my vehicle then went out of his way to plug my vehicle for me when they weren't busy. 10/10
