Recently received new FOX Front Shocks however the vendor that shipped them installed the wrong Eyelet Bar Pin on one of the shocks. Walked into 4Wheel earlier today, TJ at the front counter assisted me in having the Eyelet Bar Pin swapped to the correct one. Told me to hang for a few minutes, 5mins later one of the guys in the shop swapped it out. Awesome job 4Wheel and TJ! Thanks for helping me out today!!!

I got my 2015 Grandpa daily driver toughened up at 4wheel parts in Sacramento, Ca. The staff is great and very knowledgeable with the products they sell. Don't forget they install everything they sell. They told me to get new shocks instead of a ReadyLift since my shocks are 10yrs old and just get the Bilsteins and adjust them to top for larger wheels and tires. Don't forget to mention any specials from the website. Website is "clunky" but that is corporate. I got the warranty on the tires since there are stores all over USA that will honor tire issues. Got new tires and bumpers on my Tundra too.

I’ve been wanting new tires/wheels and a lift so I finally pulled the plug. Called 4WP (Sacramento) and spoke to Mario. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable Mario was with me on the phone, especially me being a woman. I went to the store, Mario spent an hour (or more, I can’t remember) helping me pick out the exact wheels/tires I wanted and did not sell me on more expensive items “just because”. He even rolled out 35s and 33s to my Jeep outside so I can have an idea of how they’d look. After picking up my Jeep I was BLOWN AWAY with how nice everything looked. I told them “it was better than what I expected!” I noticed my wheel alignment was off, called and spoke to Nate the store manager, they got me in the same day I called, fixed it without a problem!! I had to come back to get a valve replaced, again they got me in the same day and had me out within an hour (also checked each tire). This team is filled with amazing, patient and knowledgeable people, I will always recommend coming here and I will be back!

Had them installed ARB Summit front bumper + Smitty 10k winch to 2019 Tacoma. qouted $850 for installation + $68 for consumable nuts/bolts. Then called an hour later and requested additional 4hours; total $600 for plastic trimming, fog lights hookup, turn signal hookup. Gave them the green light since they already started and didnt want to be a pita to them. Pick up truck next day, everythings looks good. Got home and do a full check and tested on winch and found missing oem skid plate. Called them and Mario say to bring it back but was told skid plate may need modification to fit. My brother took truck back next day since I work and he wanted to look at their inventory. they told him it wont fit and why would I need it back. almost like Im a pita person to work with. So despite all the reviews and advices from friends, i still have hope for them even the price is a bit stiff. I just dont have time to deal with it and its convenience. that was my mistake for not shopping around. Installer say it was his first ARB for Taco. couldve told me that prior to work on it. I could imagine all the funs. Anyways, costs me additional $15 to get new hardware from Oreiley to reinstall the skid pate myself. Definetly my first and last time using them for installation and not recommended them for $170/hour rate. There are better shops and locations out there that pay more attention to quality works for the same money or less. Dont take my word for it but beware.
