🔧 Square One Autotech

Should have written this review a few months ago, but only just getting to it now... I bought a car from Japan over 5 years ago (where it had just been sitting the whole time!) and when it finally got imported back in October, I had it brought straight to Square One for inspection and work. They gave me their honest opinion about everything they found, and took care of the repairs & replacements needed to get it up and running. Keep in mind, I had still never seen this car in person, but I had full faith that it was being well taken care of by everyone at the shop. They went above and beyond in making sure this car was ready for me to drive safely on the road, and I received the car in beautiful condition about 3 months later. Their prices are fair, their work is immaculate, and they treated both me and my car like family. The biggest heartfelt THANK YOU to Hong, Eddie, and Leo!!!

Best shop in West Sacramento! Found the problem with my truck and fixed it quickly. Very professional. They even cleaned and degreased the inside and outside of the whole truck. Highly recommend taking you car to them!

Can't describe the level of experience this team has at the shop. The knowledge they know is impeccable 👌. Immediately knew this is where I wanna take my car even tho I'm from San Francisco! I'll make the drive. Talk about peace of mind when getting my car back! They washed it and matched tire pressure all around! Im very picky on who works on my car so this says alot! My service was to remove my engine, take my engine next door for a new build repair, receive the engine upon repair, and then get my car started. Square One Aurorech failed miserably. I brought my vehicle there for one thing and acquired many other problems I did not have. 1. Suddenly, a brand new alternator, installed, seated, and fitted perfectly, does not fit. 2. After my engine was installed, suddenly my stage 2 relatively new clutch is not linked to my clutch pedal. Hopefully, it is at least still installed. 3. The mechanic, Chris, made no effort to make things good and correct. The engine builder/machinist (Neal Ferguson of A&M Performance Machine Shop) and Chris' friend is right next door, in the next garage, in the next bay. They share a wall. 4. I left there $9,500.00 poorer with a non working car. Chris and his next-door buddy both had attitudes as if I were the wrong one. So, be very aware of this shop and the next door shop,

I've had my Toyota Corolla and my wife's Honda Odyssey serviced here numerous times. HONG and JON have always performed an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing what needs replacing and/or repairing. Their prices are fair when it comes to Labor Rate Per Hour, definitely not "STEALERSHIP" rates. LOL. If your vehicle is a domestic or an import, Square One Autotech can do it all.
