🔧 Prime Genius Heating & Air

Scheduled a free checkup on the heater system. Technician arrived on time and went through everything. Was clean and professional. They said a capacitor is on its way out and should be replaced although it still working. I opted not to replace it until it's actually broken completely. They did not argue with me and respected my decision.

Technician arrived on time. He was professional and kind, then followed up promptly. He helped confirm several dangerous concerns we had (first technician from another company was lazy) so that the owner of our rental/rental company would provide us new renters a new oven. I am very grateful for his help and support in making our home safe.

Great work, honest, repaired and fixed the issue. Had called many other companies but were either unavailable or unable to work on my type of A/C system. Beutler sent a technician over but made the problem worse and wanted me to replace the unit for $13k!. Prime Genius came in and not only did they repair the unit but solved issues as well at a very very reasonable cost. Very affordable, reliable and will use them again! Highly recommend

I would recommend this company for sure,the technician was professional,nice and cool. Our old A/C unit stopped working and he actually figured it out and got it goin,still working also . He put in a lot of work on our roof in the heat,very thankful

Prime Genius came out to fix our refrigerator on a couple occasions and were very good. They did their work well, resolved the issue, were prompt and professional. Since we rent, we dont know the details of the pricing/value.
