I am a retired general contractor and have hired many dozens of subcontractors and employees. Not one company has exceeded Rooter Hero’s performance, and on every level - promptness, bedside manner, professional and, friendly staff, and exemplary quality of work. We had a major failure of our waste lines and sewer lateral 0 they worked 5 straight days, including both weekend days, to get us back to normal. Where they dug a 50’ trench through our yard, there is no evidence any work was done. They left the site better than they found it. I have given this a lot of thought, and I have not one single complaint, or suggestions for improving. This company, and the entire staff I worked with, are outstanding. This work was very expensive, and yet we are certain we got our moneys-worth.

Devaun was perfect! Incredibly professional and he took his time to explain everything that was going on. He cares about the final product and it showed. His knowledge and customer service skills are at the top of the game! David was very informative and very personable!!! We were very pleased with our service!!

Jeff was great. He was friendly, he explained the various steps that might have been needed to resolve the clog we were experiencing and he went to work on step #1, which after giving a solid go, he was able to eliminate. It wasn’t the easiest clog to resolve, but he made it happen rather quickly nevertheless. I greatly appreciate his service!
