Hector is and his crew are absolutely amazing, patient, respectful, great customer service and a great guy. We are experiencing some transmission issues and Hector has been going above and beyond to resolve this issue. He's honest which is extremely hard to come by these days and is fair with his pricing. Hector is amazing to work with! RPM came highly recommended for their good and honest service. Hector was not only incredibly informative but told me that my car was in excellent shape and the only thing it needed was an oil change and a battery. This is opposed to the $1,200 quote I got from the dealer. Hector tested all of my fluids, sat down with me and explained everything from the diagnostic check and even gave me a quick lesson on the different types of oil. At no time did I feel pressured or confused about what was needed and why. His prices are fair, he’s professional and he will have my business again!
