Always fast. Always friendly staff. Will always drive the extra 5 feet to go to this location where i am always helped installing new parts (headlights or wipers) than next door that does not help.

I’m not much of a car guy, so returns can get confusing fast. Walked in with a messy return. Manager David sorted it out in minutes, no attitude, just clear explanations. He told me why the mix‑up happened, processed everything on the spot, and told me what to do next time so I won’t repeat the mistake. Clear and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I received the BEST service EVER for my car here. Whole staff is awesome… ISAIAH?! He goes above and beyond. He took time to inspect my car’s issue, and even went with me next door to AutoZone after we found out they sold me the wrong battery for my car. Isaiah even recommended me a very close by (across the street) mechanic who was just as helpful. I CANNOT thank Isaiah enough. Don’t go anywhere else for service you are guaranteed to be taken care of here. THANK YOU!!

Visited Broadway & 20th store in Sacramento suspecting I needed a new battery for my car. David was so kind to run a quick diagnostic and confirm that was what I needed. He answered all my questions to confirm which battery I wanted to buy and even carried it out to my car for me. His service and friendliness were impeccable and the store was very clean too. Karen B

Huge shoutout to the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Broadway, but especially to the absolute legend who helped me today. This guy went above and beyond—it was pouring rain, and he still came out to my car without hesitation, bringing out everything I purchased and even putting it in my back seat for me. Fast, efficient, and unbelievably helpful—this dude made sure everything was handled as quickly as possible, and I cannot say enough good things about him. O’Reilly, give this man a raise!
