🔧 Batteries Plus Phone Repair

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. They replaced my cell phone battery and screen protector in under 30 minutes. Another place told me they could not even order the parts for my phone and that I should look into buying a new phone.

I went in this afternoon (Tuesday, April 19th) to get my broken phone screen replaced. Mad at myself that I didn't get any of the guy's names (there were 4, I think) but I should've because they were all awesome. All of them were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My phone was fixed so fast too. I really didn't expect it to be done today, but it's good as new. Thanks again everyone that helped me today. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family.

So the back of my Samsung Galaxy s9+ has been broken for over a year and I decided its time to get it repaired. I found this place on google and the guy I talked to on the phone, and later spoke with in the store, was EXTREMELY helpful! I believe his name is Andrew. He fixed my phone (very quickly might i add) and gave me a fantastic price! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back 😎

The workers at Batteries Plus were excellent and courteous and replacing the battery in my Samsung Note 5. They were really backed up but somehow found a way to get it done in 45 minutes. The manager even apologize for the wait and gave me $10 off the price. I'm definitely going back to this place and tell him my friends about it

How many times as a customer do you get exactly what you hoped for and what you were promised? For me, it is maybe 20% of the time. These good folks did exactly what they said they would do, and more, and exactly when they said they would do it. Got my dead iPhone battery replaced in 30 minutes. At the Apple Store I would have been in waiting ques for longer than that. Awesome service and customer first attitude.
