🔧 West Sac Tire & Wheel

Charged $120 for alignment + $30 for tpms sensor reset. They ended up doing nothing. My wheels were not aligned, no paperwork given. Lied about needing new tires in the front, after saying no they said my car was "done" and then wanted $240 for tpms sensors + install. They come up with their own prices. There is no pricing sheet. They charge different pricing depending on your background. Requested my money back, have yet to hear back.

They gave me a great deal on tires and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. These guys rudely yelled at my friend and yelled at her not to touch their ATM machine After she’s spending over $180 with them. And they wouldn’t let her talk They kept talking over her and yelling at her because they want to charge a five dollar disposal fee per tire and a $4.50 ATM fee to use your card. So my friend question them Because they gave their dad a total over the phone Which didn’t match the total at the counter. and they immediately blew her head off rudely like she shouldn’t be speaking or having any say so or any questions. So it seems like this place is hurting for cash cause they’re making up fees. Because my friend’s dad went there three times this year and they didn’t charge none of those fees
