Fantastic customer service experience. Was in a horrible situation and called in to see if they could take me without an appointment and they were able to bring me in immediately before closing and patch my tire at no cost. Isaac gave a 10/10 customer service experience

I am blown away by the customer service I received today. I have never met an establishment that opened there door 45 minutes before opening time just to assist me with a flat tire repair. They opened the doors and the garage and greeted me so friendly and polite. My tire was completely flat to the ground and I assumed I would have to pay more than $200 for a new tire. They repaired my tire that I thought was not repairable and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes free of charge. I was truly amazed and thankful for Les Schwab and their service.

Had a great experience, Eddie found me a used rim and new tire for my f550, apparently the closest one in 100 miles. The pretty young lady sitting in the boss position behind the counter was suoer friendly and helpful, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Love me some SCHWAB!!!

I wasn't looking forward to getting my car realigned. But by the end of my visit, I had seen staff down in the pit, working on my car, and gone through three pages of options for future care. I drove away feeling my car was safe and I was in good hands. As a widow, that means the world to me. And yes, the popcorn, battery charger and wifi are all good rewards! Thank you!

I LOOOVE Les Scwab, so am so sad right now. I was traveling and stopped by this Les Scwab because I had picked up debris on the road and was losing PSI. They were the closest. They got me in and out in under 2 hours. I was so pleased. I made the last bit of trip to Carmichael and left it parked over the weekend. When I went to drive it, it had 10 PSI. It's now Sunday. I had AAA air it up and now I am at Firestone in Citrus Heights where they honestly told me it would take the rest of the day before they could get to me. What happened? Still love you, though!
