🔧 Diamond Diesel and Turbo Service

I have brought parts to this specific Diamond Diesel and Turbo (West Sac) to get repaired, and always had good service. That was until the ownership change. Since then I feel doing business there is not very assuring with questionable pricing. I will try a different company repair shop for a while.

Person at counter horrible as walked voice don't put nothing on counter I wasn't going to but his attitude than I show him my pump need rebuild he writes up work order with price I signed he told me Monday or Tuesday than I called Wednesday asking if pump was ready he got mad and told me if I don't have patience than why did I bring for repair at this location what ? I asked him when I signed work order you told me Monday or Tuesday he again got angry told me pickup my gunk so I said ok went there Monday 1pm my pump was set outside for anyone one to pickup so I picked up the pump open open the door showed picking up and left Tuesday morning I called asking if I can bring my new pump for timing he reply don't need your business take it elsewhere Very bad very rude I'll be complaining to BAR this shouldn't happen place of business should be professional operations I took to diesel place woodland very friendly and helpful people guided me right direction I suggest everyone woodland diesel shop the best with great customer service I will never recommend or use diamond diesel west sacramento never until they bring in friendly service who can handle customer service not just at work for pay check this doesn't help owners who pays bills and payroll

I dropped off my pump for rebuild 1 month ago and still do not have it back. The worse service I have received in over 20 years of dealing with this company. It's gone down hill since Margaret retired. They say it's lost at u.p.s. Then they say there getting me a new replacement one?? Nope. Haven't seen that either. I have to call them every time. They have never call me once about it other than the first quite.. I have to go buy a new one now and take them to court to get my money now...

Not very impressed as a first time shopper. I spent more money here because I heard good things about the shop. Shipping took a lot longer than I feel it should’ve, there were no alternative shipping options for faster delivery presented to me, and after waiting almost 9 days for the package, it ended up being sent to my billing address and not the shipping address I requested. Good thing I’m relatively close to it or that could’ve been a disaster. Next time I will probably do business with someone cheaper that can offer better shipping after these two issues.

I've known Margaret since 1989, have taken FI pumps, nozzles and turbos to her shop and have never been dissatisfied with anything her shop has done. The quality of repairs/rebuilds, has always been the best anyone could find anywhere. Maybe I've had some luck because as any mechanic knows, parts fail and we are human. And in spite of the fact that I've been making a living working for Caterpillar and as an independent for over 50 years, I've learned much from her expertise that she and her crew, when asked, give freely.
