Phan is the best and took great care of me when I brought my car in for Service. The staff is friendly and I always get helped immediately. Excellent service as usual. Nick Cruz, the service advisor worked with me to fix an adjustment that I needed done and they alerted me of an extremely dangerous tire issue the techs found. They offered to get it replaced, but my RC has special order tires so it couldn’t be replaced. Having a loaner is always a bonus for trying out my wife’s future SUV.

Tony at Sacramento Lexus was so helpful he said if we don't have it we will search and get you exactly what you want.
