If it was possible to rate any lower I would, these reviews are all bought and faked. This company will ultimately screw you over and take no accountability. Came in for a "diagnostic" left 8 HOURS LATER with a completely ruined transmission and car shifting horribly through every gear ( drove fine when I brought it in, stated shifted hard only in reverse in the morning, i.e 1 time a day ) now my car is undrivable and they state it's not there responsibility whatsoever, though they are the last people to touch the SEALED TRANSMISSION, pathetic service, disrespectful and DEFINITELY will be sueing. DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DESTROYED. Reply: I'm so glad you provided your " side " you dare lie and state I couldn't pay for your pathetic service, the discount you provided was your sad attempt at compensation for making me wait 8 hours, holding my vehicle for a 1 HOUR JOB. You are so quick to lie and hang up when your weak logic is questioned. I can't wait for this business to be shut down. Useless manager and staff.
