This place is a joke mechanics are lost, they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a part when it was just a loose wire the parts they install aren't even the original parts from dealer save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was not aware of some of the repairs I needed and prices and relied on the info given to me. I got invoices after the work was done, and they were higher than I was told. I got a starter replaced and the truck wont start so we have had to get 3 different mobile truck repairs to go out to the truck, they told us it was the starter not being installed correctly, we had west sac truck and lube fix the problem but it's still a problem. I called around and checked on the starter I had replaced I found it is bad and also not connected correctly I get oil changes for 340.00 and the one time i had them do it they Charged me double for a oil change. I did ask why and was told that's how much they charge. I compared my invoice to others and all the same oil and filters were listed. Not trying to cause problems, one mistake would be excusable but I feel I was ripped off and taken advantage of.

They didn't have my correct fuel filter. So they adapted another one. While taking off my factory parts. I've called them twice with no return calls. Now I have to spend $70 to replace my fuel water separater bowl and heater.
