Was satisfied with service and attention at the West Sacramento Meineke. Cost was within range. Diagnosed and fixed one problem. Other than an 8:20 start for an 8:00 appt all was good.

Quick, honest service. Was able to get my preferred tires delivered the morning of my appointment. Prices were aligned with local competitors.

This place is a GOD SEND!!!! I drive from Washington state and brought my car straight in here with my check engine light on and they figured out what was wrong and started working on it. Had to find a hotel in an area I’m wasn’t familiar with so the Manager helped with that!!! After car was fixed drove it a short distance and light came back, they got me back in to see what was wrong and fix it!!!!! The employees at this shop are very HELPFUL AND HONEST!!!! They care about their customers and STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!! Had to spend 2 days with them and they now feel like family!!! Davio and Anthony THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart…I’m forever GRATEFUL to you guys!!!!

The Gents at West Sac Meineke offer great service and responsive customer support. After a battery cable install and new brakes and rotors, I am happy with the quick work and great support for my vehicle.

Saturday, 2 pm, I had my truck towed to W. Sacramento shop with a sheared ball joint and a tire hanging by a thread. They had me out in two hours with BOTH sides new ball joints, and it cost me $300 less than I expected for just one joint. Kudos to Chris and crew!
