Brian, Jay, and Yun were amazing. I bought my tires online and they helped me at the store. This is real customer service. I will be back for all my tires because of them. It's nice to know good customer service still exists. Thank you Brian Yun and Jay. Adding that I cannot imagine why you wouldn't buy tires from Walmart. They are cheaper, same quality, better return policy, and easier than anywhere else. I was surprised, you should be too. I'm so happy with Walmart right now.

No No No, the mechanic over torqued the Bold and Filter house. I had to use an Impact gun to undo them. The crush washer is almost infused with the oil pan drain hole. Never coming here. Saving is way less than repair and parts cost to fix their mishandling.

Called the Auto Care center during their open hours in the morning. They don't answer... at all... What's the point of having a desk rep there if they don't take calls??? 🤦‍♂️

15.05 bought disks and paid for the replacement service, having arrived at the appointed time I found out that my appointment was cancelled (although the money was withdrawn) by the manager, she was in a hurry somewhere. I do not recommend the tire replacement service

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Walmart Auto Care. The service was incredibly slow, and they changed the pricing without providing any explanation. I booked an oil change appointment for $28.99, but I was charged $68.99. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, no one could give me a clear answer. Despite having an appointment, they started the oil change 40 minutes late. After waiting for over an hour, no staff came to assist me. Someone eventually told me to wait at the counter, where I waited for another hour before anyone checked me out after the oil change was completed. This level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable.
