Mike Totally Auto Service is a great auto repair shop. My friend suggested Mike to me for auto repairs. I’ve been coming to him since 2023 and he’s always be kind and professional. Mike has a great team/mechanics who are always professional. Mike is honest and always shares the type of service he is doing and why. What makes me even more comfortable is he makes sure I understand what is going on with my vehicle to ensure it runs well. In addition to the great service, he has reasonable prices. I have a 2014 Jeep and because of Mike’s services I’ve been able to keep running smoothly.

My sweetheart took his 1997 F150 in due to a starter that was on its last legs. Mike installed a new one and during a general inspection noticed an electric cable underneath the truck that had been disconnected. He fixed it and my sweetie said that the truck runs GREAT now. Better than it has in years. The price was less than anticipated also. The following week I had Mike do regular maintance on my car, a 2013 Lincoln MKS. Mike's Totally Auto will be the only place we trust for great customer service, quality of work, and very fair pricing.

Fortunately, I found Mike on the internet a few years ago when my longtime mechanic retired. Since then, Mike has worked on three of my vehicles. He is always very honest and transparent. His prices are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend Mike and his mechanics.

Let me share with you my experience. My van is totally driven by my wife and for months we were hearing noises in the van whenever she made left turns, right turns and even straightaways. We had several mechanics look at the van to determine what the problem is, but none were able to identify any issues with it.The breaking point was when the van started to overheat. A mechanic that we know informed us that the heads in the engine needed to be replaced and we were looking at $2500. Mike was recommended to look and diagnose the van. After completing his diagnosis he informed it was the thermostat and not the heads. After further evaluation he was able to determine the issue with the suspension. In the end, the van drives smoothly without any issues. Like the saying goes, “Happy wife, happy life!” Thank you Mike! Highly recommended for your vehicle services.

Great mechanic shop. Might be a little pricey for some. But it's worth every dollar 👌🏻
