I've used Japanese Service Center 2 twice. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable employees. Excellent work done by the technicians both times.

They had great customer service. I brought in my car for a powertrain issue and they were able to diagnose the issue and advise me to take it to the dealership since it was still under warranty. They are only appointment only shop but they were willing to work me in their busy schedule. They were upfront with the issues that they found.
