I've used Japanese Service Center 2 twice. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable employees. Excellent work done by the technicians both times.

Highly recommend! Friendly and trustworthy service. The guys there don't hassel you or try to upsell you on services your car doesn't need. They also don't add on more labor hours than it actually takes to complete a job. You'll likely need to book at least one week in advance as they do get very busy. And make sure you have a ride to and from work as it may take most of the day for your car to be finished.

They had great customer service. I brought in my car for a powertrain issue and they were able to diagnose the issue and advise me to take it to the dealership since it was still under warranty. They are only appointment only shop but they were willing to work me in their busy schedule. They were upfront with the issues that they found. I know that I will be back to this place in the future.

I recently took my car in after seeing the dreaded check engine light. As a first time customer, I was very happy with the service I received from all staff onsite. Dave in particular was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, as well as the issue I was having. He took the time to explain the problem to me, and offered several ways for avoiding future issues. The repairs were completed quickly, and my car was ready to go the same day!
