Really appreciate their customer service. Went in to get my oil changed and found out I needed my tire rods replaced and an alignment. This matched up with the sensors I was getting on my car I couldn't figure out. Not only did they not try to over charge me they offered me a discount because I told them I didn't have that great of an experience at another midas. they followed up and kept me up to speed even when there was a little more time needed.

Midas saved me almost $600. The folks at KIA Elk Grove, who are scoundrels, denied my extended warranty, they sold me, because they said the intake valves are not part of the engine. Anyway, I bring all my cars to Midas, including my work vehicles because they are kind, honest, and do good work. I only went to KIA because I thought I had a real warrantee. Midas is great! The guys that work there are very good at what they do.

They took the time to complete the work my usual mechanic wouldn't touch. You gained a new customer. I figured I would try a "chain" mechanic since they are typically held to higher standards and it truly showed. Thank you Midas.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars! I am overall satisfied and grateful to the services I received at Midas. My engine light started flashing one Friday evening and I was glad to find their shop open on Saturday. Fortunately, they were willing to take me in without an appointment once they understood the urgency of the problem. After taking a look and getting some background info, they recommended I take the car into the dealership for services beyond their reach. Although not the best news in the moment, it became so in the long run because my car is now in the total recall process. I brought my Crosstrek in because of a nail in my tire. I was told it would be ready by 2 PM, but I didn’t get my car back until after 5 PM—which completely threw off my day. I had an event at 6 and errands to run beforehand. On top of the delay, they discovered a couple of other things that needed fixing and charged me nearly $200 to replace the engine and cabin air filters—parts that cost around $20 each online. When I later asked why it was so expensive, I received a vague response about “quality” and “professional installation,” even though replacing air filters is something anyone can do in under a minute.
